Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to view past orders, track shipments, and save your details for future purchases.


Can I change my order after placing it?
If you notice a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible using the Contact page. Changes are only possible before the print is sent to production.

Can I order a print from the online portfolio that is not yet in the shop?

Yes. Many images from the portfolio can be produced as fine art prints. Please mention the portfolio image title or link when contacting me, and I will confirm options and availability.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Are the prints limited editions?

Most prints are offered as limited editions with a fixed maximum number of prints per size. Once an edition and size are sold out, no further prints of that combination will be produced.


Do prints come with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Limited edition prints are hand-signed and numbered, and they include a certificate of authenticity with the edition details.

If a package or print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging immediately and contact me via the Contact page. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.


Do you accept returns if I change my mind?

Who pays for return shipping?

ATKYE Donations
How does my print purchase support ATKYE?

A defined portion of the proceeds from each eligible fine art print is donated to ATKYE (Associazione Ticino Kenya Youth Education) to support education projects in Kenya.


Is the donation amount the same for all prints?
